We need Location network based permission to detect distance between lost / misplaced devices 

by our Bluetooth finder app.

4. Background Location Permission:

We need Background Location access permission to detect and track our group member like 

employee, friends, or family member's location and check Ins for there safety and protection purposes like in our FamConnect App on google play store.
